主溜井及矿仓的复合加固工艺

摘    要:望儿山金矿主溜井局部地段及全部矿仓采用了锰钢板与混凝土相结合的整体加固形式。所采用的加固形式与施工工艺相结合实现了在垂直溜井中浇筑混凝上的无吊盘、无模板施工,简化了工程施工工艺。在给出工程设计和施工设计的基础上,结合施工实践提出了该加固形式的施工方法及使用时应注意的问题,并根据工程投入使用3年来多次检查的结果,分析了使用效果,进行了总体评价。

Abstract:Integral reinforcement mode combing manganese steel plate and concrete was used in the local section of the main ore-pass and all ore bins at Wang'ershan Gold Mine.The reinforcement mode adopted in combination with the construction technology realized an engineering construction with no hanging scaffold and no molding plate.Based on the engineering design and construction design and in combination with the construction practice,the construction method and the issues needing attention in its application are put forward.The analysis of the application effect and the overall assessment are also made.
