摘    要:针对复杂设备各模块服从不同寿命分布类型的情况,通过分析设备的使用、修理流程,给出了设备使用与修理状态转移图,在各模块寿命单位相同的条件下,建立了一个维修周期内,设备维修周期与平均可用度关系的模型,并结合实例,说明了模型的适用性与灵敏性。

Abstract:Targeting at the complex equipment that each unit obeys different life distribution, this paper presents a switching chart of equipment application and repair condition transformation by analyzing equipment application and repair flowing procedure. On the condition of that all the modules have same units, the paper also establishes the connection model between maintenance interval period and availability in a updating cycle, and also gives an application case, in which the applicability and sensitivity of the model are proved.
