| 摘 要： | 目前,如果在调度交换系统中广泛使用短信功能,需通过Internet与中国电信、中国联通、中国移动3家电信运营商同时互联,才可保证调度用户与所有手机用户之间实现短信收发,在互联时还需要根据各运营商公布的协议单独开发软件接口.文章介绍了基于DDS-200调度交换系统的短信平台系统的组成及功能,说明了短信收发器与电信运营商的短信网关系统之间的通信协议,总结了短信平台的主要应用特点,为今后短信平台在电力通信系统中的局部应用,提供一定借鉴价值.

| Abstract: | At present,short message(SMS) function is widely used in dispatch switching system.To realize sending and receiving SMS between dispatch users and all mobile phone users,connections must be established at the same time through internet with three major telecom operators China Telecom,China Unicom and China Mobile.When establishing the connections,it also needs to develop software interfaces according to the published protocols of each operator.This paper introduces the composition and function of SMS platform system based on DDS–200 dispatch switching system,and illustrates communication protocols between the SMS transceiver and the SMS gateway system.Finally,it summarizes application characteristics of the SMS platform,giving reference values for local application of SMS platform in the power communication system in the future. |
