| 摘 要： | 为了更好地利用银川市的中水资源,通过对银川市中水建设工程发挥效应的调查分析与研究,详细阐述了银川市中水发展的现状及中水资源浪费的问题,给出了利用价格机制和完善的政策法规,解决中水的再生利用,建设可持续发展的节水型城市.

| Abstract: | For the purpose of making better use of the resources of water reuse in Yinchuan,this paper,based on the study and analysis of the effect brought by the water reuse construction project,expounded the status quo of water reuse exploitation in Yinchuan as well as problems such as the waste of water reuse r esources,and then put forward the proposal that a price mechanism and more perf ect policies and laws be made use in the regeneration and utilization of water r euse and in the building of a sustained developing water-saving city. |
