| 摘 要： | 激光快速原型制造技术是一项集激光、现代数控技术,CAD/CAM和新材料于一体的先进制造技术,它突破了传统的机械加工方法,不需要工模具,能决速、准确、方便地加工出形状复杂、尺寸精度高的零件.通过介绍激光快速原型制造技术的基本原理、特点和应用方向,对目前激光快速原型制造技术中存在的问题及今后的发展趋势进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The laser RPM(rapid prototype manufacturing)is an advanced manufacturing technology in which the technologies of laser,NC, CAD/CAM and new materials are involved. This technology distinguishes from traditional machining process and can machine complex and high precise parts rapidly,accurately and expediently. The principle, characteristics and applications of laser RPM are presented in this paper, at the same time the problem and developing direction of laser RPM is discussed. |
