如何提高当代私营企业人力资源管理水平

摘    要:我国私营企业发展程中,主要问题之一是对人力资源管理的认识不够。当今国际先进企业的人力资源管理在职能和层次上都已发生了重大变化,“以人为本”的理念和管理方法已表现在具体的行动上。我国企业要在这方面有实际内容的转变,优化人力资源能力,认识并计量其成本与效益,设计员工的职业生涯,为私营企业的人力资源管理提高创造新的条件。

Abstract:It is a principal question that the management of human resources has not been paid enough attention to in the development of private enterprises in our country. Now the management function of human resources has great changed and humanity to be foundation has been in action in advanced enterprises in the world. The work of private enterprises is to promote the management function of human resources, to optimize the ability of human resources, to identify cost and benefit of human resources and to design employee' s career.
