| Abstract: | The numerical simulation technique for ultrasonic testing is reviewed. The simulation of ultrasonic field, the interaction between ultrasonic waves and defects, the inspection system including transducer, the path of ultrasonic waves in materials and structures, probe design and the reliability of ultrasonic testing are discussed. |
