一体式微弱荧光检测器的研究与设计

摘    要:设计完成了一体式微弱荧光检测器,该检测器可以检测经激发光照射后荧光染料、绿色荧光蛋白等物质发出的微弱荧光信号,由此测得荧光素、绿色荧光蛋白等物质的含量。检测器由光源模块、光源驱动模块、放大模块、滤波模块、基于STM32的微处理器控制模块、和RS232通讯模块组成。应用测试结果表明该检测器能检测1000个光子的微弱荧光强度变化,精度上可检测3.0pmol的荧光素,满足一般的微弱荧光检测需求。

Research and Design of the Integrated Detector for Weak Fluorescence Signal
Abstract:This paper designs and accomplishes a integrated detector for weak fluorescence signals, aiming at the detection of the fluorescence intensity emitted by Fluorescent dyes, Green fluorescent protein or other material, which is used to measure the concentration of the Fluorescent dyes, Green fluorescent protein or other material. The detector is made up of several modules ,which are the source of light, the driver of the light, the filter and the amplifier of wave, the micro control unit based on the STM32, the communication unit based on RS232. Application of the test results show that the detector can detect weak fluorescence intensity of 1000 photons change, 3.0 pmol Fluorescein could be detected, which could used for general needs of weak fluorescence detection.
