摘    要:针对图像处理在工业现场检测镁熔液含氢量中的诸多问题,提出基于MODBUS协议的DSP与PLC的通信方案。方案以DM642为主站,S7-200为从站,设计了DSP与PLC通信的接口电路,并进行主站和从站的协议编程以及协议模块的调试。实验结果表明,通信方案稳定可靠,实时性好,为工业现场自动检测镁熔液含氢量奠定基础。

Abstract:Aiming at many problems of image processing in industrial field for the measurement of hydrogen content in magnesium melt, a communication scheme between DSP and PLC based on MODBUS protocol is proposed. The scheme takes DM642 as the main station and S7-200 as the slave station. Except that, firstly, the interface circuit of DSP and PLC communication is designed. Then, the protocol programming of master station and slave station is completed. Finally, the protocol module debugging is solved. Experiment results show that the communication scheme is stable and has good real-time performance, and it provides a foundation for the automatic detection of the hydrogen content in magnesium melt.
