摘    要:以高温(30℃)条件下长期稳定运行的强化生物除磷(EBPR)反应器中的污泥为研究对象,探讨C/P值对高温聚磷菌(PAOHT)除磷性能的影响,并通过荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)分析污泥中微生物群落结构的变化。试验结果表明,当C/P值为20、25和30时,最大厌氧释磷速率分别为151. 86、157. 15、193. 75 mgP/(gVSS·h),最大好氧吸磷速率分别为25. 15、38. 51、39. 25mgP/(gVSS·h),污泥中PAOs含量分别为22. 36%、34. 53%和86. 01%,而聚糖菌(GAOs)含量分别为10. 38%、8. 91%和未检出。在高温条件下,高C/P值有利于PAOs的富集,可增加污泥释磷和吸磷速率,从而获得较高的除磷效率。

Abstract:The effect of different C/P ratios on phosphorus removal performance of hightemperature phosphorus accumulating organisms( PAOHT) was investigated,and variation of microbial community structure was analyzed by fluorescence in situ hybridization( FISH). The above sludge was from an enhanced biological phosphorus removal( EBPR) reactor operated at high temperature( 30 ℃)for a long time. The results showed that the maximum anaerobic phosphorus release rates were 151. 86 mgP/(gVSS·h),157. 15 mgP/(gVSS·h) and 193. 75 mgP/(gVSS·h),and the maximum aerobic phosphorus uptake rates were 25. 15 mgP/( gVSS·h),38. 51 mgP/(gVSS·h) and 39. 25 mgP/(gVSS·h),when the C/P ratios were controlled in 20,25 and 30. The content of PAOs in the activated sludge was 22. 36%,34. 53% and 86. 01%,while those of glycogen accumulating organisms(GAOs)were 10. 38%,8. 91% and n. d.(not detected). Under the condition of high temperature,the high C/P ratio was conducive to the enrichment of PAOs,which led to the increase of phosphorus release rate and uptake rate and improved the phosphorus removal efficiency.
