摘    要:上海市白龙港污泥干化焚烧工程设计处理规模为486 t DS/d,采用脱水/干化/单独焚烧的处理工艺;利用余热锅炉回收污泥焚烧的热量,产生的蒸汽用于污泥干化;烟气处理采用SNCR(炉内)/静电除尘/干式反应器/活性炭喷射/布袋除尘/湿式脱酸/烟气再热/物理吸附工艺,之后通过烟囱排入大气;除臭采用离子送风、化学洗涤、生物除臭、活性炭吸附等组合方式。本工程处理对象污泥种类多、泥质变化大,其各项控制标准和运行稳定性要求高,给工程设计带来了一定难度。

Abstract:Shanghai Bailonggang sludge drying and incineration project, with design treatment capacity 486 tDS/d, adopted dewatering/drying/separate incineration treatment process. The waste heat boiler was used to recycle the heat of sludge incineration;the steam generated by the waste heat boiler was used to dry the sludge. Flue gas treatment adopted SNCR ( in-furnace)/ESP/dry reactor/activated carbon injection/bag dust removal/wet deacidification/reheat/physical adsorption process, and then flue gas was discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Combinations process of ion air supply, chemical washing, biological deodorization, and activated carbon adsorption was used to remove the odor from sludge treatment. The sludge treated in this project was composed of several types of sludge, and the properties of the sludge were variable. The requirements of the project construction standards and the operation stability were both high, which brought certain difficulties to the project design.
