SF_6气体绝缘变压器三维温度场的数值分析

摘    要:本文详细推导了变压器内三维温度场的数学模型。用该模型对一台SF_6气体绝缘原型变压器进行了温度分布计算。计算结果和实测值吻合较好。用这个数学模型对影响最热点温升与平均温升之比的各种参数进行了计算。结果发现,绕组高度是影响绕组最热点温升与平均温升之比的最重要参数,而层间绝缘厚度,两冷却气道之间的层数只有很小影响。在设计SF_6气体绝缘变压器时必须充分考虑这一点。

Abstract:The mathematical model of three dimensions thermal field in SF6 gas-insulated power transformer was developed in detail.The inner temperature distribution of a prototype of SF6 gas-insulated transformer was calculated using the model.Measurements of temperature distribution in the prototype show good correlation with computed results. The model was used to calculate the effect of various parameters on the ratio of hottest spot to average winding temperature rise.Winding height was found to be the main parameter influencing the ratio,but insulation thickness,the number of conductor layers between ducts were found to have only a minor effect on the ratio.This must be considered in the design of SF6 gas-insulated transformer.
