| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了耐火电缆绝缘用的耐火云母带品种及其组成。对白云母、金云母和氟金云母分子结构及其机械物理性能和电性能作了较详细比较。论述了我国机械行业标准 JB/T6 488.5 - 1999,《耐火安全电缆用粉云母带》编制过程 ,并与国际标准 IEC6 0 371- 3- 8- 1999,《耐火安全电缆用云母纸带》进行了比较 ,提出了 IEC6 0 371- 3- 8- 1999标准中存在的问题 ,以及如何修正或补充。最后介绍了耐火云母带的应用情况

| Abstract: | The category and composition of the fire resistant mica tape used as insulation in fire resistant cable is presented. Comparisons are made between white mica, bronze mica and fluoro bronze mica in molecular structure, mechanical/physical properties and electrical properties. The preparation of the Chinese standard JB/T 6488.5-1999 Powder Mica Tape for Fire Resistant Cable is reviewed. The comparison of the standard with the intrnational standard IEC 60371 3 8-1999 Mica Paper Tape for Fire Resistant Cable shows that the latter has some problems. The modification and amendment of the international standard are recommended. Finally, the application of fire resistant mica tape is presented. |
