复切式制梗丝工艺研究

为提高卷烟生产中梗丝与叶丝的掺配均匀度 ,提出了复切式制梗丝新工艺。其特点是将贮后烟梗不经过压梗机 ,先在切梗丝机上将烟梗切至一定的厚度 ,加料后再用切叶丝机将其切至一定的宽度 ,然后进行干燥膨胀。试验结果表明 ,与直接切梗丝法和压梗切梗丝法工艺相比 ,复切式制梗丝工艺能有效提高梗丝掺配后在各烟支段及卷烟烟丝柱中的分布均匀性 ,卷烟产品内在质量稳定 ,烟支吸阻和烟气焦油量降低。

Study on Stem Recutting

In order to improve the blending uniformity of cut tobacco and cut stem in cigarette manufacture, stem recutting process was developed. Namely, stored stem was cut to desired thickness by a stem cutter first and then recut to desired width by a tobacco cutter. The new process was compared with direct stem cutting process and rolled-stem cutting process. The experimental results showed that the distribution uniformity of cut tobacco and cut stem in cigarette was significantly improved, the manufacturing quality of cigarette was stabilized, and the draw (resistance) and tar delivery of cigarette were reduced by stem recutting process.
