摘    要:在ANSYS Workbench平台中,根据有限元分析软件计算出链轮受静力载荷下的变形情况及疲劳危险区域,验算设计结构的合理性,并为提高链轮的强度及优化设计结构等问题提供理论依据。以链轮受到极限载荷的情况进行分析,将分析结果与材料的机械性能进行比较,做到实际产品与有限元分析的相互验证。

Abstract:The deformation and fatigue dangerous area of sprocket under static load are calculated by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.The rationality of structure is verified and result can provide necessary theory basis for improvement of sprocket strength optimal design.The sprocket is analyzed under maximum load and the verification between real product with finite element analysis is completed under the comparison between result and mechanical property of the material in this paper.
