煤矿安全监测系统无线传感器网络网关设计

摘    要:针对煤炭工业以太网络与井下ZigBee无线传感器网络异构互联的需要,提出了一种煤矿安全监测系统无线传感器网络网关设计方案;介绍了网关的软硬件实现要点,并在不额外移植新操作系统内核的情况下,对ZigBee协议栈Z-Stack的操作系统抽象层进行了相应扩展,以满足嵌入式网关系统任务实时性要求。测试结果表明,该网关实现了ZigBee无线传感网络和以太网的通信协议转换功能,保证了数据转发的实时性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of heterogeneous interconnection between Ethernet of coal mine and underground ZigBee WSN,the paper proposed a design scheme of WSN gateway for coal mine safety monitoring system.It introduced design points of system software and hardware frameworks,and extended operating system Abstraction layer of ZigBee protocol stack Z-Stack without transplanting additional new kernel to meet real-time requirements of tasks of embedded gateway system.The test results show that the gateway implements communication protocols conversion functions between Ethernet and ZigBee WSN,which ensures real-time performance and reliability of data forwarding.
