摘    要:大涝坝1号构造DLK8井注水开发,原地面工艺注水流程存在注水压力高、注水回流量大、撬块震动较大等问题。通过调整柱塞大小、流程优化等经济可行的对策,解决了回流量大、撬块震动过大问题,提高了注水水质,起到了节电增油的效果。为边远井撬装注水流程的开发建设提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The well DLK8 in Dalaoba No.1 structure is developed by water injection. The former surface technological process has some problems such as high water-injection pressure, large water-injection backflow and big shake of base. The problems are analyzed and resolved by regulating the size of plunger and optimizing the process, and the quantity of water injection is improved for saving electronic energy and increasing oil production.
