摘    要:文中研究了拉拔变形及退火处理对铜合金显微组织、力学性能和导电性能的影响,并进行了强化机理分析.结果表明,处理后材料具有较高的强度和良好的导电性能.冷变形和退火处理促进了材料中第二相粒子的析出;合金组织细小均匀,兼有细晶强化、弥散强化和形变强化的效果.

Abstract:The effect of drawing deformation and heat treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and conductivity of Cu alloy materials has been investigated in the paper, and the strengthening mechanism has also been presented. The result shows that the material has high strength and good conductivity. Large quantity of second phase particles has precipitated after cold deformation and heat treatment. The grain size of Cu alloy gets smaller and its strength increases markedly due to the small grain size, dispersion strengthening and working hardening.
