| 摘 要： | 腈纶铺丝是腈纶丝烘干前必需的一道重要生产工序,铺丝质量直接影响腈纶丝的烘干质量.基于生产线扩能改造需要,设计出一种新型双线腈纶铺丝机.介绍了该装置机械系统的设计思想,并分别说明了系统各个部分的设计要点.该产品的研制促进了腈纶生产中的铺丝效率,满足了实际生产需要.

| Abstract: | Spreading is indispensable to acrylic fiber procedure before drying. Its working quality affects the drying quality of acrylic fiber, and the probability of bad affection for next procedure. On the base of current device, a new type double-line acrylic fiber spreading device was designed in the article. The design idea of mechanism system was introduced, and the design point of each pivotal part was analyzed. The device improve the efficiency of spreading in acrylic fiber production, and fit the requirement. |
