金属波纹管补偿器应力腐蚀裂纹及其安全对策

摘    要:波纹管补偿器广泛应用于锅炉、石油、化工、电力等行业,当介质、材料、应力条件这3个影响因素满足应力腐蚀发生的条件时就会发生应力腐蚀而失效,危害较大。分析了波纹管补偿器应力腐蚀破坏机理,从介质中的Cl^-含量及材料的选择和处理上探讨了相应的防护措施。对于波纹管补偿器的设计、制造、使用和维护有一定借鉴。

Abstract:Metal bellow compensator is widely used in boilers ,petroleum and chemical industries, electric power, etc. It can failure when the three influenced factors including media ,material and stress condition satisfy the condition under which stress corrosion happens, which is dangerous. First, stress corrosion mechanism was analyzed. Eventually,the correspondent protection measures were discussed from the following angles,content of chloride ions and choice and treatment of materials. It can be helpful to design ,make,use and maintain metal bellow compensators.
