摘    要:
建筑物的三维模型重建一直是数字城市研究的重要组成内容,本文以三维激光扫描技术获取的地面点云数据为基础,以无人机航拍获取的建筑物顶部影像为辅助,提出了一种地面点云和无人机影像融合方法,并在Revit中对建筑物的BIM模型进行重建,实验结果表明重建模型的精度能够满足小范围场景建设的需要,并且依托BIM平台的建筑物模型承载着丰富的属性信息,可进一步挖掘模型的应用价值。

A Method of Building Information Model Reconstruction Based on Point Cloud Data
Abstract:
The three-dimensional model reconstruction of building is always an important part of digital city research. Based on the ground point cloud data which is acquired by three-dimensional laser scanning and assisted with building roof image taken by UAV,this paper proposes a method which combines ground point cloud with UAV image,and recon-structs the building information model in the Revit.The experiment prove that the accuracy of the reconstruction model can meet the needs of small-scale construction.In addition,the building models on BIMplatform contain rich attribute in-formation,with which we can further explore the value of the model.
