电抗器铁芯振动噪声的多场耦合分析方法

摘    要:针对电抗器铁芯磁致伸缩导致的振动噪声问题,提出在瞬态电磁场方程和结构力场方程及声场方程的基础上建立物理模型。从多物理场耦合的角度,对一台三相串联铁芯电抗器的磁场分布、铁芯磁致伸缩位移、铁饼间的麦克斯韦力、应力和声压级进行计算。对磁致伸缩和麦克斯韦力作用下的振动位移和声场分布分别分析,得出磁致伸缩是电抗器铁芯振动的主要原因。实验研究表明,增加修正系数后的电抗器振动噪声仿真结果与实测得到的电抗器振动噪声基本一致,满足工程需要,证实多场耦合分析方法可用于电抗器设计阶段对铁芯噪声进行预估。

Abstract:Ab srt atc :In order to analyze the vibration noise of iron-core power reactor caused by magnetostrictive,the physical model was built based on the transient electromagnetic field equation, structural field equation and sound field equation.Using multi-physics coupling,a three-phase power reactor was calculated with magnetic flux density distribution, the iron-core magnetostictive displacement, the Maxwell force at the gap,the stress in iron-core and the sound pressure level.The vibration displacement and sound field at the magnetostrictive and Maxwell force were analyzed separately.It is shown that the magnetostrictive is the main reason of the power reactor iron-core vibration.The experimental studies are shown that the power reactor vibration noise simulation results which added correction coefficient is consistent with the actual measurement results.It meets the needs of the project.It proves that the multi field coupling method can be used for the noise estimation during the design stage of the power reactor.
