摘    要:本研究应用PCR技术检测了12种加工食品中的牛、羊、鸡、猪等动物源性成分,在此基础上还开发了真核生物所共有的18S核糖体DNA(18S rDNA)与食品中牛、羊、鸡、猪等多种动物物种特异性基因片段之间的二重PCR检测方法,还分析了牛、羊源性成分单PCR检测的灵敏度,以及18S rDNA与牛、羊之间的二重PCR检测方法的灵敏度。

Abstract:Some animal components including bovine, sheep and goat, chicken and pig in 12 kinds of processed food were detected by PCR method. Duplex PCR method of 18S rDNA and bovine, sheep or goat and pig component were developed. The sensitivity of single PCR and duplex PCR methods were analyzed.
