基于APDL的汽车起重机伸缩臂参数化设计

摘    要:针对汽车起重机伸缩臂设计过程中随着臂长和起重量的变化设计繁琐的缺点,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言(APDL语言),开发出中文设计软件界面。对设计计算过程参数化,使得设计人员在不必深入学习ANSYS软件全英文界面的基础上,方便快捷的完成汽车起重机伸缩臂设计,最后以一实例验证了软件的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the disadvantages of the complicated design with the changing crane boom length and weight during the designing process,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL language)was used to develop Chinese software interface.The design and the calculation process would be parameterized to design the convenient telescopic boom truck cranes,which could free the designers from in-depth study on English ANSYS software interface.Finally,the feasibility of the software was validated by an example.
