摘    要:不少学者通过试验与实际工程经验得出,在保证相同坍落度和水泥总量前提下,卵石混凝土的性能要优于碎石混凝土,特别是混凝土的疲劳性能.基于此,运用ANSYS软件对单骨料混凝土试件进行数字模拟,分别从单骨料试件的抗压试验、抗拉试验和抗折试验三个方面,计算出骨料周围过渡层的最大应力,得出骨料边数越多其产生的最大应力越小,圆形骨料与四边形骨料最大应力差距可达50%,从细观层面上揭示在相同坍落度和水泥用量条件下卵石混凝土优于碎石混凝土的原因.

Abstract:By experiment and practical engineering experience, many scholars found that under condition of the same water cement ratio and slump, gravel concrete had the better performance than crushed stone concrete, especially on the fatigue performance. Based on this, the digital simulation experiment of single aggregate concrete was done used by ANSYS. By the compressive experiment, tensile experiment and bending experiment of single aggregate concrete, the maximum stress around the single aggregate was calculaed. The results was that with the increase of the number of ed- ges, the maximum stress was getting smaller. And the difference of maximum stress between circular aggregate and quadrilateral aggregate can reach 50~. This answered the reason that under condition of the same water cement ratio and slump, gravel concrete had the better performance than crushed stone concrete.
