土工织物淤堵试验研究

摘    要:针对土工管袋在填海造陆时存在的淤堵问题,以江苏省如东县洋口港滩涂淤泥与无纺布、高强度编织布、普通编织布组成的反滤系统为例,采用梯度比试验,在6、8、11三种平均水力梯度下做了9组梯度比试验,测量了土与织物系统的渗透系数、阶段渗土量、梯度比。结果表明,三种土工织物在水力梯度为8、11时,梯度比CR≤3,渗透系数较大,具有良好的反滤性能,未发生淤堵;在水力梯度为6时,土与无纺布、高强度编织布组成的反滤系统CR3,渗透系数很小,发生了淤堵,这可为类似工程提供了参考。

Abstract:Focused on the clogging phenomenon of the geotextile tube bags which exists during the process of land reclamation, takeing the filtration system consisted of the tidal mud of Yangkou Port at Rudong County in Jiangsu Province, the nonwoven textiles, highly strengthened woven textiles and plain woven textiles for an example, nine groups of gradient ratio test under three kinds of 6, 8, 11 average hydraulic gradient are carried out to measure the permeability coefficient of soil and fabric systems, phase soil infiltration capacity and gradient ratio. The results show that when the hydraulic gradient is 8 and 11, and the gradient GR is less or equal to 3, the permeability coefficient of three geotextiles is larger and it has good filtration performance; besides, clogging phenomenon does not occur; when the hydraulic gradient is 6, the GR of the filtration system composed of soil and nonwoven textile is greater than 3, the permeability coefficient is quite small, and the clogging phenomenon occurs. The results of this experiment can provide a reference for similar projects.
