| 摘 要： | 为了实现城市消防安全的预测与预警,采用计算流体力学的方法对城市中心区消防灾害进行数值模拟,根据获得的温度分布和速度分布数据对风与火灾、烟气蔓延的规律进行了关联分析.建立了风险态势模型,绘制出了风险态势区域,为突发事件发生时的应急处置提供了依据.并提出了以常态管理为主体,多种城市管理方式向协调发展的综合应急体系的方法.
