焦化加热炉出口温度的预测函数控制

摘    要:采用透明控制结构,设计了焦化加热炉出口温度的预测函数控制系统.针对影响出口温度的可测扰动采用前馈控制加以补偿,实际工业应用表明该控制系统具有较好的跟踪性能和较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:Predictive functional control of outlet temperature in delayed coking furnace is designed with transparent control structure.Feedforward compensation is used to eliminate the influence of the measurable disturbance on outlet temperature.The results of practical industry application show that the designed advanced control system has more excellent tracing ability and strong robust performance than conventional PID controller for outlet temperature control in delayed coking furnace.
