| Abstract: | Impact evaluation of sea-bank related construction projects is becoming an important part of sea-bank engineering management and water resources administration due to the development of coastal industries. The impact evaluation indicators of sea-bank related projects are discussed in the paper including item analysis, impact analysis and actual for the authorities to approve the related constructing schemes. |
