钛合金预置温度场TIG焊接技术

摘    要:进行了TC2合金常规TIG焊、预置温度场TIG焊工艺试验,测试了接头应力和变形,进行了对比分析。研究表明,采用预置温度场低应力焊接法进行焊接,残余应力和变形得到较为有效的控制,δ2mmTC2合金试件焊后变形量控制到16.3mm,比常规焊降低64%,残余拉应力峰值平均为297.6MPa,降低34.4%。

Abstract:In the research, the experiment processes include the conventional TIG welding and the TIG welding with a preset temperature distribution (that is LSND TIG welding technique) of TC2 . the residual stress and deformation of the weld ment are tested. And the results of the experiments also are analyzed. The study shows that the residual stress and deformation can be controlled effectively with the LSND welding technique. The distortion of the TC2 specimen thick 2 mm can be controlled below 16.3 mm by the LSND welding process, reducing by 64 percent by comparison with conventional welding. Accordingly, the maximal stress value reaches to 297. 6 MPa, which is reduced by 34.4 percent by comparison with conventional welding.
