异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯反应热力学分析

摘    要: 对异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯反应进行了较为详细的热力学分析,得到了不同反应温度下的标准摩尔焓变、标准摩尔吉布斯自由能变和标准平衡常数值,同时分析了温度、压力、氢/烃及惰性气/烃摩尔比对反应平衡的影响。结果表明,异丁烷脱氢属强吸热反应,进料的反应吸热量高达122 kJ/mol;反应温度和压力是影响异丁烷脱氢过程的2个主要因素,提高反应温度、降低反应压力均可显著提高异丁烷的平衡转化率;降低氢/烃摩尔比或提高惰性气/烃摩尔比也可以在一定程度上提高异丁烷的平衡转化率。
