二甲醚发动机性能模拟研究

摘    要:模拟了以6135Z柴油机为原型的二甲醚发动机的缸内工作过程,分析在柴油机上直接燃烧二甲醚时动力性、济性下降的原因,并以恢复原机性能为目标进行优化,把优化后的二甲醚发动机与原柴油机性能进行对比.指出提高供油提前角,增大压缩比,提高供油量等都可以提高二甲醚发动机的性能。

Abstract:This paper simulates in-cylinder working process of dimethyl ether engine originated from 6135Z diesel engine and analyzes reasons of lowering power and economy when eombusting dimethyl ether directly in diesel engine. It aims to optimization to recover the orighinal engine performances. By comparing their performances, it points out that increasing advance angle for oil supply, increasing compression ratio and increasing amount of oil supply can improve the performances of dimethyl ether engine.
