摘    要:
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)和气体SO3在降膜磺化器中进行磺化反应,然后用NaOH溶液中和,制备了不同磺化度的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMES),并对其基本物化性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着磺化度的增加,FMES浊点升高,耐碱性提高,临界胶束浓度、泡沫体积增加,润湿性、乳液稳定性变差;在FMEE分子中引入磺酸基后,钙皂分散力降低,而不同磺化度的FMES之间钙皂分散力无显著差异。

Abstract:
Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE)and gaseous SO3 were sulfonated in falling film sul⁃fonator,then neutralized in NaOH solution to prepare fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMES)with different sulfonation degrees,and their basic physicochemical properties were studied.The results showed that with the increase of sulfonation degree,FMES cloud point increased,alkali resistance increased,critical micelle con⁃centration and foam volume increased,wettability and emulsion stability became worse.When sulfonate group was introduced into FMEE molecule,the dispersibility of calcium soap decreased,but there was no sig⁃nificant difference between FMES with different sulfonation degree.
