超重力氮气气提处理含硫污水工艺参数研究

摘    要:为解决气田高含硫污水易造成土壤污染、管道腐蚀以及污水处理难度增大等问题,提出将超重力技术应用于含硫污水处理领域,设计并搭建了一套超重力氮气气提脱除S2-的实验装置,探究不同S2-浓度下超重力气提的处理效果。为确定后续实验的取样时间,在实验之初进行重复性实验,在不同转速下,通过对不同时间的取样结果进行分析,确定最佳取样时间。通过改变超重力机的超重力因子、含硫污水pH值、气液比、实验温度,以脱硫率为实验指标,给出不同因素对超重力气提法处理含硫污水效果的影响规律,给出相应的机理分析,并确定在实验工况下的最优工艺参数:超重力因子为145.02,pH值为6.0,气液比为60,温度为50℃。在最优工艺参数下,超重力氮气气提可实现92%的脱硫率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of soil pollution,pipeline corrosion and increased difficulty in sewage treatment caused by high sulfur-containing sewage in gas field,the application of supergravity technology in sulfur-containing sewage treatment field is proposed,and a set of experimental equipment for supergravity nitrogen gas stripping for S2-removal is designed and built to explore the treatment effect of supergravity gas stripping under different concentration of S2-.In order to determine the sampling time of subsequent experiments,repetitive experiments are conducted at the beginning of the experiment,and the optimal sampling time is determined by analyzing the sampling results at different speeds.By changing the supergravity factor of the supergravity machine,the pH value of sulfur-containing sewage,gas-liquid ratio and experimental temperature,and taking the desulfurization rate as the experimental index,the influence laws of different factors on the treatment effect of sulfur-containing sewage by supergravity gas stripping are given,and the corresponding mechanism analysis is given.The optimum process parameters are determined as follows:the supergravity factor is 145.02,the pH value is 6.0,the gas-liquid ratio is 60,and the temperature is 50℃.Under the optimum process parameters,the supergravity nitrogen stripping can achieve a desulfurization rate of 92%.
