海上S油田注入水水质指标室内模拟试验

摘    要:针对海上S油田不同储层注水指标调整问题,完成了注入水与不同油组地层水的配伍性室内评价,并且通过悬浮物粒径中值、悬浮物浓度和含油率对岩芯伤害的单因素模拟实验,以及综合水质指标的岩芯伤害实验,对S油田三个油组储层的注水指标进行了优化。实验结果表明,注入水与各个油组地层水具有较好的配伍性。S油田储层可接受的注水指标为:悬浮物质量浓度小于10 mg/L,含油量小于35 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值小于3μm;或者悬浮物质量浓度小于15 mg/L,含油量小于30 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值小于2.5μm。

Abstract:In view of the adjustment of water injection indexes of different reservoirs in offshore S Oilfield,the laboratory compatibility evaluation of injected water and formation water of different oil formations is completed.Through the single-factor simulation experiment of the core damage caused by the median particle size of suspended matter,the concentration and oil content of suspended matter,and the core damage experiment of the comprehensive water quality index,the water injection indexes of the three oil formations in S Oilfield are optimized.The experimental results show that the injected water is well compatible with the formation water of each oil formation.The acceptable water injection index of reservoirs in S Oilfield is that the concentration of suspended solids is less than 10 mg/L,the oil content is less than 35 mg/L,the median particle size of suspended solids is less than 3μm;or the mass concentration of suspended solids is less than 15 mg/L,the oil content is less than 30 mg/L,and the median diameter of suspended solids is less than 2.5μm.
