南昌昌北闸门控制系统设计

摘    要: 南昌市昌北闸门控制系统负责南昌市整个昌北地区的防洪排涝任务,以其中的前湖电排站为例,详细介绍了基于工业以太网的闸门群组控制系统的组成结构、现场控制所用的PLC选型依据,结合程序流程图给出了现场控制程序的编制原则和部分程序实例,介绍了基于工业以太网的WinCC组态软件的设计方法,给出了部分控制界面。根据“数字昌北”的扩展性要求,系统在结构上具有良好的延展性,采取软硬件结合的方式保证其响应速度,投入运行以来工作稳定可靠,降低了人工操作的危险性和不准确性,减轻了人员的劳动强度,实现了预期的目标,得到了用户的高度肯定。

Abstract:The control system of sluice gates in Changbei is mainly responsible for the flood control and drainage in the Changbei district of Nanchang city. Taking the Qianhu Electric Drainage Station as a case study, we present the structure of the control system which is based on industrial Ethernet and is in line with the criteria for choosing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The principle of local control program and some of the program examples are also stated according to the programming flowchart. What''s more, we introduce the design method of the industrial Ethernet-based WinCC configuration software, and give examples of the control interfaces. In line with the requirements for developing "Digital Changbei", the system is well extensible. The combination of software and hardware ensures the response speed of the system. Since its operation, the system has been working reliably. It also reduces the perils and inaccuracy of human operation and lessens human labor. This system accomplishes its goals and wins high reputation among clients.
