| 摘 要： | 对微波辅助法提取多糖的原理、方法,以及微波辅助法与超声波法、酶法、超声协同酶法、酸碱溶液法等联合使用提取多糖的研究成果进行综述,并对多糖的相关提取研究及应用进行了展望。

| Abstract: | This study reviewed the principle and method of microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides and the combined applications of microwave-assisted extraction with ultrasonic method, enzyme method, ultrasonic synergistic enzyme method and acid-based solution method, and the related extraction research and application of polysaccharides were prospected. |
