摘    要:利用有限元分析软件Ansys建立了主动台车架的有限元模型,静力学分析发现半圆铰附近的腹板处应力值偏大,其余地方应力值很小。为了验证有限元计算结果的正确性,设计了与有限元计算工况相吻合的应力测试系统,应力测试结果表明有限元分析的结果是可靠的。在此基础上设计了新的主动台车架并对其进行了有限元分析,研究结果表明新的主动台车架满足使用要求并且质量减轻。

Abstract:With finite element analysis software Ansys,the finite element model of driving boom is built up.By statics analysis,it is found that stress value is bigger in the web near the semi-circle hinge and smaller in other positions.To verify the accuracy of finite element calculation results,the stress test system matching the finite element calculation working condition is designed.The test outcome shows that the result of finite element analysis is credible.Based on this,a new driving boom is designed and finite element analyzed.The research results suggest that the new driving boom meets the operating requirement and it is lighter.
