| 摘 要： | 分析了IP电话的原理、基本结构、相关协议和标准以及关键技术，阐述了影响IP电话通话质量的因素并给出解决方法．指出IP电话系统已能提供可靠和具有QoS的电信服务，除了能提供电话、传真服务外，还可以提供在线和交互信息服务并开展多种增值业务，因此有着巨大的市场前景．

| Abstract: | In this paper,the principle of VoIP(Voice over IP)and the architecture of IP phone system as well as its standard are discussed.The key technologies of VoIP and the methods to improve IP phone system are proposed. It shows that the VoIP not only can provide the telecommunication service with quality of service(QoS) such as telephone and fax,but also gives more and more increment value service such as on line and interactive information.It has bright market perspective. |
