铝-7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-表面活性剂荧光光度法的研究与应用

摘    要:研究了多种表面活性剂对铝与7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-碘酸荧光反应的增敏作用,CTMAB是其中最好的。确定了此反应的最佳条件。在CTMAB存在下,荧光反应的灵敏度提高近8倍。测定了金属镁,碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、乙酸钠及乙酸铵中铝的含量,结果较好。

Abstract:The sensitization of various surfactants of fluorecence reaction of Al and 8-hydroxy-7-iodo guinoline-5-sulphonic acid has been investigated.The CTMABis the best one.The optimum conditions of fluoresence reaction of Al with 8-hydroxy-7-iodoquinoline-5-sulphonic acid and CTMAB have been established. The sensitivity of the reaction is increased by eight times in the presence of CTMAB. Aluminium content in metal magnesium, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium acetate, ammonium acetate was determined with satisfactory results.
