抗菌PET短纤维纺丝工艺探讨

摘    要:采用无机银系抗菌母粒与PET切片共混纺丝生产抗菌PET短纤维。结果表明,添加质量分数10%的抗菌母粒,减少组件的添砂量,降低组件初始压力至6.0~7.0 MPa,纺丝温度288~292℃,环吹风温度24~26℃,风速1.05 m/s,降低后加工速度和拉伸温度,生产稳定,得到的1.56 dtex×38 mm抗菌PET短纤维的抗菌率达99%以上。

Abstract:An antibacterial PET staple fiber was prepared by blend spinning PET chip with inorganic silver antibacterial master- batch.The result showed that the production was stable while adding 10% antibacterial agent by mass fraction,decreasing the sand addition and initial pressure of spinning pack to 6.0-7.0 MPa,controuing the spinning temperature 288-292℃,cross air temperature 24-26℃and air speed 1.05 m/s and decreasing afterprocessing speed and drawing temperature.The antibacterial rate of the obtained 1.56 dtex×38 mm antibacterial PET staple fiber was above 99%.
