| 摘 要： | 为加快钛白粉生产节奏,降低生产成本,对传统钛白粉生产的填料冷却塔进行系统改造,使填料冷却塔变为无填料冷却塔。通过提高热交换速率,增大循环水温差,提高了生产循环水利用效率,加快了钛白粉生产节奏,降低了设备运行维修费用和钛白粉生产成本,保证了设备运行的稳定、可靠,延长了设备的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | In order to quick the production of TiO_2 and reduce the production cost,the cooling tower without packing is used to replace the traditional cooling tower with packing in the TiO_2 production.Through increasing heat exchange rate and the temperature difference of circulating water,the utilization efficiency of circulating water can be improved and the productivity of TiO_2 can be raised and the equipment running and maintenance cost can be decreased.Thus,the equipment running is more stable and realiable and the service life of the equipment is longer. |
