油品添加剂过滤工艺优化

摘    要:通过对兰炼-Lubrizol添加剂公司生产的二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T203),二异丙基二硫代磷酸锌(T205)进行分析,采用生产中的过滤条件,在恒压过滤机上进行滤速评定,得到T203典型样品过滤速度为1.33mL/min,T205典型样品过滤速度为0.14mL/min,应用均匀设计软件在恒压过滤装置上进行过滤工艺优化,分别得到T203,T205过滤速度数学模型,并确定了各因素的影响次序,通过统计调优得到最佳过滤条件,使T203滤过提高8倍,T205滤速提高12倍。

Abstract:The zinc diisooctyl dithiophosphate (T203) and zinc diisopropyl dithiophosphate (T203) manufactured by Lanzhou Refinery- Lubrizol Addictive Company were analyzed. Their filtrating rates were measured on constant filter-press in the productive condition. The results showed that the filtrating rates of T203 and T205 samples were 1.33 mL/min and 0.14 mL/min, respectively. The filtration process was optimized on constant filter - press by means of uniform design software, and the mathematical models of filtrating rate for T203 and T205 were obtained. The order for all the effective factors was decided, and the optimized filtrating condition was calculated with statistical optimization, through which the rates for T203 and T205 were geminated by 8 and 12, respectively.
