磷酸二铵反应造粒尾气余热的利用

摘    要:介绍预中和反应的尾气与管式反应及二次氨化反应尾气混合洗涤后的尾气余热利用的有关计算。若将此尾气的余热用于氨蒸发器替代蒸汽气化液氨供预中和用气氨,年可节约蒸汽成本138万元,增加换热器系统的投资160万元,14个月可收回投资。

Abstract:Some calculations are made for the utilization of waste heat in the tail gas from preneutralization,pipe reaction and secondary ammoniation sections.The annual steam cost of 1.38 million RMB Yuan can be saved with the investment of 1.60 million RMB Yuan and the return within 14 months for heat exchanger system,when the waste heat is used on the vaporizer instead of steam for vaporizing liquid ammonia to supply gas ammonia of preneutralization reaction.
