摘    要:先通过厌氧消化阶段自然发酵产生的高温杀灭生活垃圾中有害病原微生物;再通过厚层通气发酵阶段黑曲霉的糖化作用和酵母菌生产菌体的增殖,把无机氮转化成酵母菌体有机氮,使产品增加了1.66%的酵母菌体有机氮.

Abstract:Firstly, the pathogen in municipal solid waste was sterilized at high temperature formed by anaerobic fermentation in the anaerobic digestion phase. Then the inorganic nitrogen was transferred into the organic nitrogen of the yeast through the saccharrifying power of A.niger and yeast's multiplication in the aerobic fermentation phase. The result showed the organic nitrogen of yeast in the product increased 1.66%.
