摘    要:分析了电磁斥力开断器的基本工作原理,并基于Ansys/LS—DYNA软件,建立了其三维动力学仿真模型。通过模型计算,得到了斥力盘和开断器上的等效应力分布,当应力达到0.65GPa时可以分断成功。在薄弱环节处于不同厚度的情况下,得到了动子的分离速度与刚分时刻。最后,进行了薄弱环节厚度为0.3mm的试验验证,得到刚分时刻为80炉,运动5mm的平均速度为32m/s,与仿真有较好的一致性。

Abstract:The basic working principle of electro-magnetic repulsion interrupter(EMRI) was analyzed. Based on Ansys/LS-DYNA, the three-dimensional dynamic simulation model of EMRI was established. Through the model, the equivalent stress distribution on the repulsive disc and interrupter was obtained. The stress of the weakest links, once interrupted, is about 0.65 GPa. The separate time and average velocity of the moving part can also be achieved when the weakest link has different typical thickness. Finally, the accuracy of the simulation was verified through experiments. Compared to the separate time of 65 ~s and average velocity of 35.7 m/s with a thickness of 0.3 mm in simulation, the separate time is 80 txs and average velocity is 32 rn/s in experiments,which is consistent with the simulation results.
