摘    要:通过热模拟机测量不同冷却方式试样温降曲线及相关试验,重点进行了80CrNiMo轧辊水冷与气雾冷却热传导、冷却强度对比分析及达到同等冷却强度时水量的消耗比较.试验结果表明,达到相同冷却效果,气雾冷却方式需要水量相当于水冷方式水量的1/15,气雾冷却水蒸发量大,水滴小,单位面积带走热量大,传热系数提高,冷却更均匀,冷却效果更好,应用到实际工业生产中,效益潜力巨大.

Abstract:The temperature drop curves of test pieces using different cooling methods and related teats were measured by using thermal simulation machine. The heat transfer, cooling strength of water cooling and aerosol cooling of 80CrNiMo roller were contrasted, and the water consume were contrasted to achieve the same cooling strength. The results show that: the water consume of aerosol cooling is 1/16 as much as water-cooling method to achieve the same cooling effect. The aerosol cooling method has more cooling water evaporation and smaller blob, taking away more heat per unit area, improving the heat transfer coefficient, more uniform cooling, and better cooling effect. It will have great potential benefits for applying in practical industrial production.
