气-液回热器对制冷系统性能影响的理论方法

摘    要:制冷循环中往往采用回热器,使压缩机吸气过热和膨胀阀入口液体过冷。本文运用理论制冷循环推导出一种分析吸气过热度对制冷循环性能影响的理论方法,使用该方法只要查到制冷剂的一些物性常数,就可通过一些代数计算式分析使用回热器对制冷循环的影响。并计算出了R12、R22等常用制冷剂及其替代制冷剂在标准工况下吸气过热度对理论制冷循环性能的影响,为工程中正确使用回热器提供指导。

Abstract:Vapor-liquid heat exchangers are often used to superheat the suction vapor of compressor and to subcool the inlet liquid of throttle valves in refrigerating system. A theoretical method for analyzing the effect of superheat of suction vapor on the performance of a refrigerating system was deriv~d in this paper. With this theoretical method, the effect of superheat of suction vapor on the performance of refrigerating system can be obtained by some algebra formula with only some psychrometric constants of refrigerant known, Refrigerating systems with vapor-liquid heat exchangers are analyzed by this theoretical method with R12, R22 or their substitutes as refrigerant, which provides a guideline to correctly use suction line heat exchangers in engineering.
