铝-水电池制氢体系的结构设计

摘    要:设计了一种全新概念的高效、安全、环保的铝-水储氢电池体系,该体系在对外输出电能的同时,还对外输出纯氢气.铝-水储氢电池体系主要是由正极、负极和电解液构成的密闭体系,阴极为采用化学还原法制备的活性炭担载镍(Ni/C)析氢催化剂制备的Ni/C膜电极,阳极为高活性铝合金,电解液为1 mol/L NaCl中性溶液.本体系可以通过调节放电电流的大小来调节氢气的输出量.

Abstract:A new type of hydrogen storage cell was designed, which could output hydrogen gas and electric power steadily and continuously with high efficiency, safety and friendly environment . The cell was main composed of cathodic electrode, anodic electrode and electrolyte. The cathodic electrode was made of Ni/C electrocatalyst synthesized by impregnation-reduction method. The anodic electrode was aluminum alloy. The electrolyte was 1 mol/L NaCl solution. The output rate of hydrogen gas can be controlled just by adjusting the discharging current density of the alumnium-water cell
