摘    要:
对小接地电流系统接地时的故障特征进行厂分析,提出了利用零序突变量,即故障分量特征为选线判据的保护方案,这从理论上解决了原有同类装置受系统运行方式改变、线路参数不对称、接地过渡电阻和测量回路误差等因素影响而误动的问题.装置采用单片微处理器实现.

Abstract:
In this paper, the zero -sequence component characteristic is discussed when carth -fault occurs in the neutral point indirect grounding system. And a new protective scheme of seecting earth-farct line batal on zero -sequence fanlt component is proposed. By means of the new scheme, the carth-fantt line can be selectal correctly in spite of the system line with unsymmetrical parametr, operation mode changing, large earth -resistance and error of mearsure circuit. The proteetive device is aslized by microprocessor.
